By accessing or using the Sensei Leaders platform ("Service"), operated by Align Kaizen, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Sensei Leaders is an Enterprise Excellence Platform that provides tools for continuous improvement, strategic planning, task management, standard work documentation, problem solving, safety management, and related operational excellence functionalities.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Promptly update your account information if it changes.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

You retain ownership of any data you enter into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your operational data, improvements, tasks, or other content you create.

Subscription and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described on our Pricing page.
• Authorize recurring billing for your chosen subscription period.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for assistance.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Align Kaizen, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Align Kaizen, LLC is incorporated.
