Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specific retention periods include:
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized within 30 days.
- Security logs: Login attempts and security events are retained for up to 90 days, then automatically purged.
- Session tokens: Expired and revoked tokens are purged within 7 days.
- Operational records: Improvements, tasks, training records, and compliance documents are retained as long as your organization's account is active.

Sensei Leaders uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and provide a seamless user experience. These are necessary for the platform to function properly. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
When you first visit the platform, a consent banner allows you to accept all cookies or limit to essential-only operation.
Your Rights
You have the right to:

International Data Transfers
Your data is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
